Job summary

Brownells, Inc. in Grinnell, IA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. This full-time role supports day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory tasks in a climate-controlled warehouse.

No warehouse experience is required; we provide training. You’ll work Monday–Friday on the 1st shift, with opportunities to grow into higher Fulfillment Associate levels. Health benefits and a 401(k) match are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable with regular attendance.
• Able to stand on feet throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using basic technology and willing to learn our systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately to fill customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, stock and organize incoming inventory.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support other fulfillment areas as needed to meet customer demand.
