Job summary

Wabtec in Export, Pennsylvania is seeking operators for foundry hot metal molds to ensure safe operations and meet quality standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Accuracy and responsibility required; many duties performed without supervision.
• Training and/or experience with foundry hot metal molds preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 months of on-the-job training under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proper setup and safe operation of hot metal molds.
• Utilize foundry principles of metal melting and pouring.
• Inspection of work following Job Safety Analysis.
• May perform other duties as required with training.
