As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be part of the Production department supporting the RMF (Rapid Melting & Pouring) foundry operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on leadership, a strong commitment to safety, and the drive to improve quality and productivity every shift—aligning successfully with the organization’s expectations for Safety, Quality, Production, People, Housekeeping, and Continuous Improvement.

Pay Range:$25 for Training and $30 after 30 days

What's the Job?
- Supervise and coordinate daily foundry production activities and employees to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing clear work assignments, priorities, and real-time direction.
- Ensure employees follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, work instructions, and company policies.
- Monitor melting, pouring, material handling, and other assigned foundry operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
- Track and respond to production performance including output, downtime, scrap, yield, and labor utilization; coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing required.
- Foundry, melting, casting, metals, or heavy‑manufacturing experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues and process abnormalities.
- Basic computer and production‑reporting skills, plus the ability to work in a foundry environment involving heat, noise, molten metal, moving equipment, and required PPE.
