Reliable Sprinkler Co. in Columbia, PA – Plant is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead the Foundry finishing area on a full-time basis. You will supervise union personnel, drive safety, and optimize production and quality, coordinating with planning to meet targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and adherence to ISO-9001:2015 standards within a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BS in a technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
• Professional PC literacy in MS Word and Excel; union experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for safety, production, quality and schedule performance of the Foundry finishing area during shift through direct supervision of union production personnel.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly shift work plan including staffing with production planning; meet production targets and ensure corrective action when needed.
• Ensure staffing/training plans for key operational areas; participate in quality and safety reviews to maintain ISO-9001:2015 procedures.
