Job summary

Nscale is seeking a senior Foundry Engineering Lead to serve as the technical authority for our Foundry implementation, guiding design, development, and governance of the data platform underpinning internal operations, workflows, and customer-facing capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, drive the technical roadmap, and architect at scale while collaborating with Operations, Platform Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver reliable data products.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry, including ontology modelling and large-scale platform design.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership—setting architectural direction and mentoring engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience applying data engineering frameworks to large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Foundry implementation ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.
• Define the technical strategy for Foundry development aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the technical authority on Foundry across the organisation and own platform evolution.
