Starting pay during training is $23.22 per hour, rising to $26.66 plus $1 night-shift premium after training, with a total range of $23.22–$28.50. Qualifications

• One-year prior foundry experience.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand through an 8 to 12-hour shift.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stations to monitor and control foundry processes.
• Analyze control signals and monitor melting operations.
• Detect deviations and initiate corrective action.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles as required.
