Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior SIOP and supply chain leader to orchestrate enterprise SIOP guardrails, standards, and cadence across a global network. You will integrate demand, supply, and MPS data into cohesive narratives for Consensus and Executive Reviews.

The role demands strong analytics, ERP proficiency, and transformation leadership in aerospace/manufacturing contexts, with ITAR/EAR awareness and extensive stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of supply chain leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
  • 5+ years leading transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.
  • ITAR/EAR regulations knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Siteline, Visual, Epicor).
  • 5+ years in Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong analytical skills for supply chain analysis and LOB balance.
  • Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Snowflake data assets, CI/CD with GitHub, and building analytical tools.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain SIOP guardrails, including forecast accuracy and plan stability.
  • Define acceptable planning and execution tolerances.
  • Own SIOP standards, templates, and cadence across the network.
  • Ensure consistent inputs/outputs and meeting discipline across sites.
  • Integrate demand, supply, and MPS into a cohesive SIOP storyline for reviews.
  • Define escalation pathways for guardrail breaches and conflicts.
  • Conduct SIOP maturity assessments across sites.
  • Identify gaps and drive capability building.
  • Partner with Enterprise SIOP Lead to reinforce governance and adoption.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job description

  • Establish and maintain enterprise SIOP guardrails, including forecast accuracy, overdrive limits, and plan stability thresholds
  • Define acceptable planning and execution tolerances
  • Own SIOP standards, templates, and cadence across the network
  • Ensure consistent inputs, outputs, and meeting discipline across sites and centralized planning teams
  • Integrate demand, supply, and MPS inputs into a cohesive SIOP storyline for Consensus and Executive Reviews
  • Ensure clear escalation pathways for guardrail breaches, unresolved trade-offs, and cross-functional conflicts
  • Conduct SIOP maturity assessments across sites and centralized teams
  • Identify gaps and drive capability building
  • Partner with the Enterprise SIOP Lead to reinforce governance, decision quality, and adoption of the SIOP operating model
  • Follow other instructions and perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, including hands‑on leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP
  • 5+ years of leading successful transformation programs or working with cross functional team in transformation programs
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
  • Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
  • Experience across a range of ERP systems (e.g., Siteline, Visual, Epicor)
  • 5+ years in Excel, SQL, and Python
  • Strong analytical skills and capable of running supply chain analysis such as inventory line of balance independently
  • Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience bringing teams together around a shared plan
  • Proficiency in building data assets in Snowflake, running CI/CD via GitHub, developing analytical tools across multiple platforms and supporting data operations
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required
