Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois seeks an experienced Supply Planning lead to optimize supply and inventory planning for complex industrial environments. You will align demand with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

You will use Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, and other planning tools to drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise planning standards. You will report to the Director Planning COE.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related areas.
• Experience managing supply plans and inventory to meet demand.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro tools.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

• Work 1st shift, Monday through Friday
• Support the transformation of processes, technology, and personnel for new planning processes and advanced planning system environments
• Assist global supply planners with skills development and troubleshooting for Kinaxis and SAP IBP
• Assist supply planners with current APO tool improvements until Kinaxis implementation
• Partner with the business planning team as the subject matter expert to drive standard processes
• Ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning
• Fully utilize the Kinaxis Maestro planning tool within the business
• Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement across supply/inventory planning teams
• Develop supply/inventory planning teams through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Report directly to the Director Planning COE

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas
• 3+ years of proficiency with supply planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, BlueYonder, O9 Solutions, Anaplan, or OMP
• 3+ years of experience managing supply plans, inventory levels, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand and business objectives
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory optimization strategies specific to complex industrial environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro supply and inventory planning tools
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Must be a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the US
