Job summary

Watts seeks a Foundry Maintenance Mechanic in Franklin, NH, with 2nd or 3rd shift availability, on-site. You will maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and calibrating equipment, training operators, and maintaining records, with up to 10% travel for training. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC programming and electrical/electronic diagnostics.
• Ability to read specs, code compliance and safety procedures (OSHA).
• Effective communication with operators and maintenance teams; overtime ok.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Plan and perform work using electrical and mechanical theory, codes and materials.
• Install, start up and shut down equipment following safety procedures and OSHA rules.
• Advise operators on safe operation and requirements for equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and perform preventive tasks as directed.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and train other team members.
• Manage other projects as assigned by supervision.
• Travel up to 10% for training.
