Job summary

Mueller Water Products is seeking a Foundry Maintenance Superintendent in Tennessee to lead maintenance across all shifts, ensuring safe, reliable operation of foundry equipment and utilities in a unionized facility.

You will develop preventive programs, drive downtime reduction, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality and HR to support production goals and asset performance, while coaching and developing the maintenance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering or technical field.
5+ years of industrial maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in foundry, metalworking, heavy manufacturing, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance personnel across all shifts; set priorities to support safety, production, and reliability.
Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance programs; drive downtime reduction and reliability.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and HR to meet production goals; manage staffing and scheduling.
Administer maintenance activities within the collective bargaining agreement and union environment.
