Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Foundry Electrical Engineering Manager to lead plant facilities, infrastructure, and capital projects, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient foundry operations.

You will manage asset reliability, budgeting, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations and Maintenance to support production goals. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial setting with leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing with leadership.
• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plant facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, gas, and fire protection systems.
• Lead capital projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements from planning through commissioning.
• Develop long-term asset management, reliability, and facility improvement strategies.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support production needs.
• Provide engineering support for foundry operations, including furnaces, dust collection, cooling systems, cranes, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, building, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage engineering and facilities budgets, capital expenditures, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and process improvement.
• Lead and develop engineering and facilities personnel while supporting a positive safety culture and effective labor relations.
