Job summary

Build People is representing a well-established metal casting manufacturer in Lancaster County, PA, in a confidential search for a Maintenance Manager. This hands-on leadership role owns equipment reliability, uptime and the maintenance team.

The successful candidate will lead mechanics, electricians and technicians across shifts, implement preventive/predictive programs for furnaces, molding lines, sand systems, cranes and dust collection, and drive continuous improvements in safety and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting with PLCs.
• Experience with CMMS and PM/PdM programs.
• Ability to lead a multi-shift maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team across all shifts.
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance programs for foundry equipment.
• Drive uptime and reduce unplanned downtime with root-cause analysis.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and outside contractors.
• Run CMMS and track MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance.
• Lead capital projects with operations and engineering.
