Job summary

Buck Company LLC in Quarryville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities in a foundry environment.

Ideal candidate has strong industrial maintenance background, leadership skills, and experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, CMMS familiarity, and the ability to work 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing/foundry environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions quickly.
• Willingness to work with hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proactive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee and assist with troubleshooting and repairing complex foundry equipment.
• Enforce and monitor safety regulations and company standards during maintenance activities.
• Track and manage the department's budget and inventory of parts and supplies.
