Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in manufacturing or foundry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex foundry equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations and company standards during maintenance.
• Track and manage the department's budget and inventory of parts.
