Sundance Mountain Resort in Sundance, WY is looking for a Foundry Grill Supervisor to lead a professional service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through focused training and strong leadership.

This part-time, year-round role requires weekend and holiday availability, non-exempt hourly status, and a commitment to high dining standards, liquor laws, and efficient front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for all restaurant operations and service standards during shift.
• Display strong dining service knowledge and lead staff on standards.
• Train and coach front-of-house employees and share Sundance story when appropriate.
• Expedite service, manage reservations, and ensure a clean, organized dining area.
