Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Foundry Grill Supervisor to lead a professional service team for a part-time, year-round shift. You will train staff, uphold dining standards, and ensure smooth operations while managing front-of-house activities, reservations, and guest experiences.

Must model Sundance's commitment to service, maintain Utah liquor law compliance, and be available on weekends and holidays. Expect strong guest interaction and daily pre-meal briefings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6–12 months of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Food handler's permit and Tips & Sips alcohol service permit within 30 days.
• Must pass UDABC background check and be 21 or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for all aspects of Foundry Grill restaurant operations and service standards during shift.
• Display exceptional understanding of dining service standards.
• Exhibit knowledge and compliance of Utah liquor laws.
• Ensure restaurant is clean and organized at all times with schedules.
• Assist in training and managing front-of-house staff.
• Provide learning and exceptional service environment through daily training.
• Greet and seat 80% of guests daily; supervisor presence during peak times.
