Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah seeks a Foundry Grill Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Foundry Grill Chef. You will prepare food to Sundance standards, ensure cleanliness, safety, sanitation and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supporting menu development, assisting with daily ordering, leading staff, training Line Cooks, managing inventory, and maintaining proper temperatures and labeling while upholding high service standards across Sundance kitchen outlets.

Qualifications

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure quality.
• Assist in menu development and production.
• Supervise cooks and dishwashers during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen stations and ensure quality and stock.
• Ensure health code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Chef for specials and inventory counts.
• Train and mentor Line Cooks I–III and provide support to staff.
