Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks a Foundry Supervisor to lead hourly employees across core foundry processes and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will drive daily production, coordinate labor, equipment, and materials, and resolve issues to meet schedules in a heavy industrial environment.

You will partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other operations teams to improve performance, develop staff, and ensure casting quality while maintaining strict safety practices

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Two+ years of supervisory leadership in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, productivity.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and coordination with Maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily foundry operations and direct hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to meet production schedules.
• Monitor production and address disruptions to maintain flow.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Machine Shop.
• Provide training and development for foundry staff.
