Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Foundry Supervisor to lead hourly teams across coremaking, molding, melting, pouring, and casting finishing. You will partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other departments to ensure safe, efficient production of ferrous castings and meet production goals.

The role requires strong floor presence, technical foundry knowledge, and hands-on leadership to develop employees and optimize processes in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of industrial, manufacturing, or heavy manufacturing experience.
