Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing or project engineering, and hands-on experience with casting processes, tooling development, MAGMA casting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Approximately 5+ years of manufacturing, industrial, process, or project engineering experience.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Basic project management and change-control understanding.
- On-site Mapleton, IL, first shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Support foundry engineering projects focusing on casting simulation, tooling design and development.
- Manage casting and tooling projects from development through implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Apply engineering analysis and CAD tools to improve safety, quality, velocity and cost.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, operations, quality and suppliers.
