Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience, and foundational expertise in foundry processes, metals casting, brazing, and wax injections. The role requires process validation, GD&T proficiency, and experience with CMM and gaging.

The successful candidate will work with NX CAD and Windchill in a manufacturing environment, supported by a BS in Engineering. Experience with fixture and gauge design is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering required.
• At least 3 years of Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Foundry experience required.
• Experience with process validation.
• Experience with GD&T, CMM, and gaging.
• Experience with metals, casting, brazing, wax injections.
• Experience with statistical analysis/Minitab.
• Experience with CAD (NX preferred).
• Experience with Windchill preferred.
• Fixture/gage design experience is a plus.
• Wax injection tooling/injection molding experience.
