Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Foundry Casting Processor for the 2nd shift in Syracuse, NY. Core hours are 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm. The role involves operating foundry equipment, loading/unloading with power tools, and ensuring quality surfaces on castings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in foundry areas following procedures/work instructions.
• Transport materials, castings and equipment with fork truck or payloader.
• Remove surface defects using grinding tools and belts per requirement.
• Set up and operate molding machines as assigned and/or per instructions.
• Operate shot blast equipment and clean as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance and report safety or quality issues.
