Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Foundry Casting Processor on the 3rd shift to join our team. Core hours are 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with an hourly rate of $19.77 plus $1.50 shift differential and $1.50 shift premium.

This role performs duties in foundry areas, operates molding machines, grinders, saws, forklifts, and carries out maintenance per procedures. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow instructions with accuracy.
• Attention to detail in grinding, fitting, and inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in foundry areas following standard procedures.
• Transport materials, castings, and equipment using forklift or Payloader.
• Use grinding tools to remove surface defects and finish parting lines.
• Set up and operate molding machines and shot blast equipment.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Detect and report defective materials and follow safety regulations.
