Job summary

Andersen is building a Palantir practice to deploy Foundry and AIP across financial services, healthcare, supply chain, and manufacturing. Senior engineers will architect the reference architecture and guide production deployments, shaping data-driven decision intelligence for global clients.

You will lead ontology design, end-to-end pipeline construction, and AIP deployments while mentoring junior engineers and leading technical workshops to align client needs with scalable Foundry solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production Foundry experience and ontology architecture.
• Experience delivering AIP logic chains and agent deployments.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for production code and data workflows.
• Strong client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and architecture articulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foundry Ontology design across multi-source environments and define data models.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to semantic layer with quality lineage.
• Own AIP deployments: agent architectures and evaluation harnesses for production use.
• Design and ship AIP Logic chains with structured outputs and writeback patterns.
• Drive client-facing technical discovery through workshops mapping processes to Foundry models.
• Translate complex business problems into deliverable Foundry scopes and defend practical designs.
• Define delivery standards: Ontology guidelines, AIP patterns, and code quality practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and architecture walkthroughs.
