Qualifications
- DVM license in good standing required.
- Minimum 4+ years of veterinary experience with medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
- Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business understanding.
- Previous formal leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the medical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care.
- Establish hospital standards of care and clinical decision-making.
- Shape and grow a culture of collaboration, service, and medical excellence.
- Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and growth strategies.
- Help design and operate a purpose-built urgent care hospital for west Omaha.
