Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Omaha invites a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to establish a gold-standard urgent care hospital in the Boys Town corridor. You will be the cornerstone of the hospital, shaping clinical culture and guiding the medical staff in emergency medicine and dentistry.

You will recruit and mentor veterinarians and support staff, partner with the Hospital Manager to align clinical excellence with financial performance, and build a trusted community resource for pets across west

Qualifications

• DVM degree and Nebraska license in good standing.

Located in the rapidly growing Boys Town corridor, this future Livewell Animal Urgent Care Hospital of Boys Town will serve one of the Omaha metro's fastest-expanding communities.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a license in good standing to practice in Nebraska.
• Current experience as a veterinarian in a clinical setting, with a strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• A compassionate and collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice.
