Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Omaha invites a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to establish a gold-standard urgent care hospital in the Boys Town corridor. You will be the cornerstone of the hospital, shaping clinical culture and guiding the medical staff in emergency medicine and dentistry.

You will recruit and mentor veterinarians and support staff, partner with the Hospital Manager to align clinical excellence with financial performance, and build a trusted community resource for pets across west

Qualifications

DVM degree and Nebraska license in good standing.
Current clinical veterinary experience focusing on medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to mentor staff.
Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to own and grow a practice.

Responsibilities
