Livewell Animal Urgent Care Hospital of Boys Town, located in the Boys Town corridor of Omaha, seeks a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to build and own a high‑quality urgent care practice.

As cornerstone of the hospital, you will mentor the medical team, establish gold‑standard care, drive clinical excellence, and partner with management to grow a trusted community resource for pets in West Omaha and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and Nebraska license in good standing.
• Clinical experience in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with business ownership understanding.

Responsibilities

• Establish gold-standard medical culture as founding partner and lead physician.
• Recruit, onboard and develop veterinarians and staff.
• Set standards of care across urgent medicine and surgery.
• Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and growth.
