Livewell Animal Hospitals are start-up hospitals built in partnership between Mission Pet Health and Founding DVMs. As Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian, you will be the cornerstone of the hospital, responsible for establishing a gold-standard medical culture, mentoring your team, and driving the business's success as a true owner.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and MA license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical veterinary experience.
• Strong foundation in general medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Leadership experience and mentorship ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business-running interest.

Responsibilities

• Build a client-first, collaborative hospital culture and set the tone for medical excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop associate veterinarians and staff.
