Qualifications

• DVM degree and Colorado license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical veterinary experience.
• Strong foundation in medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership; mentor staff.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to run a practice.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build a client-first, collaborative hospital culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop veterinarians and staff.
• Set and maintain standard of medical care and surgery.
• Lead urgent care operations and extended hours schedule.
• Partner with Hospital Manager on finances and growth.
