Job summary

Wheely is seeking a Founding US Launcher to drive the rollout across the United States. You will spend 3–6 months establishing each new market, starting with Miami and Los Angeles, and will move between cities as the expansion unfolds.

You’ll recruit and develop high-caliber chauffeurs, implement scalable processes, and partner with Product, Marketing and Ops to ensure a premium experience from day one. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment (Tech startups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational launch of new US markets, spending 3–6 months in each city before moving to the next launch.
• Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing chauffeurs who meet Wheely’s service standards.
• Establish operational processes that ensure new markets deliver a premium customer experience from day one.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and the executive team to coordinate successful market launches.
