DROTEK is expanding into the United States with a new Florida headquarters and an ambitious sales-led growth plan. We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to close large‑volume inbound opportunities for drone fleets and software licenses, building the US operation from the ground up.

You will drive the GTM strategy, engage top entertainment venues and event organizers, and work cross‑functionally with France to align on certifications, manufacturing, and global

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Technical Sales or Business Development for high-value tech.
• Experience selling hardware and software (SaaS) solutions.
• Strong ties to the entertainment or pro AV ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value drone fleet and software license deals with major venues.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for the US market.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to tailor the offer.
• Own the sales cycle from inbound leads to signed contracts.
• Act as the founding US business development representative.
