Job summary

evoke is hiring a Founding Technical Project Manager in New York on-site to sit in the Office of the CTO and act as the operational right hand. You will own delivery across the engineering org, plan cross-team projects, and create lightweight sprint and release-tracking processes.

You’ll translate technical progress into business impact for board and investor updates, while prioritizing work and enabling executives to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering operations.
• Strong technical literacy to engage with engineers on architecture and product design.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a high-growth startup.
• Excellent organizational skills and clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
