Job summary

GC AI is hiring its first Technical Program Manager to build from scratch systems that move work from ideas to customer-ready products. You will own end-to-end launches, track risk, ownership, and shipping velocity, while aligning across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and external partners.

You’ll design simple review processes, automate follow-ups, and create clear dashboards so leaders see what is on track and where decisions are needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn how work moves from an idea to a customer.
• Keep a clear view of all major projects.
• Set up and run a simple, useful project and launch reviews.
• Lead our most important launches.
• Improve the Launch Calendar and Calvin.
• Pull information from Notion, Slack, Linear, and other tools into one clear view.
• Create simple playbooks, decision logs, and dependency lists.
• Make sure Marketing, Legal, Sales, customers, and outside partners get the information and time they need before a launch.
• Get teams to use the systems you build.
