Job summary

Sam's Club Visalia is opening a brand-new club and seeks friendly, dependable associates to help shape the member experience from day one. As a Tire and Battery Advisor, you’ll guide members to select the right tires and batteries, schedule installations, and keep the service area safe and organized.

You’ll monitor orders, assist with appointments, and deliver expert service that keeps members returning. Join a growing team with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Founding team environment and brand-new club opening experience
• Customer-service orientation and willingness to help members
• Interest in tires, batteries, and automotive products

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and installations
• Monitor orders and appointments for Tire and Battery Center
• Maintain a safe, organized sales floor and follow safety policies
• Assist with payments, returns, and exchanges and process member transactions
• Use product knowledge and reference materials to recommend tire and battery products
• Prioritize service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency
• Leverage technology and handheld devices to plan sales and improve the service experience
• Serve as a brand advocate through high-quality service and product knowledge
