Job summary

Sam's Club Baytown is opening a brand-new club and seeks a Tire and Battery Advisor to join the founding team. You will help members select tires and batteries, schedule installations, and deliver expert service to keep members safe and rolling.

As a founding associate, you’ll shape the member experience from day one, work on a safety-focused sales floor, and grow with a retailer known for training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: experience in auto or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety by following safety policies and reporting hazards.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, and merchandised per policy.
• Assist members with tire and battery selections, orders, and installations.
• Use Sam's Garage and reference materials to recommend safe tire and battery options.
• Prioritize service workflow in bays and maximize efficiency.
• Operate POS, process payments, returns, and exchanges while assisting members.
