Job summary

Sam’s Club Baytown is opening a brand-new club and seeking friendly, dependable Tire and Battery Advisors to help launch a high‑quality member experience from day one. As a founding associate, you’ll shape service standards, support club operations and grow with a national retailer invested in your career.

You’ll guide members through tire and battery choices, schedule installations, and maintain a safe, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety on the facility and sales floor per policies.
• Keep Tire & Battery Center organized, stocked and merchandised.
• Present and maintain merchandise with displays, pricing and signage.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and schedule installations.
• Manage orders, monitor lead times and assist with appointments for installation.
• Provide recommendations using product knowledge to ensure safety and fitment.
• Use technology to plan sales and improve service experience in real time.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges while upholding quality service.
