Job summary

Aran Industries is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to own end-to-end thermal and HVAC design automation for data center and industrial projects. You will develop a parametric engine to generate designs for future sites and deliver real mechanical engineering on live projects.

You’ll work with AI coding agents to build workflows, automate sizing and optimization, and ensure integration with electrical and structural systems. Remote-work eligible for US/Canada teams.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and cooling-system trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience building real physical systems in relevant domains.
• Ability to ship code using AI tools today.
• Capable of taking difficult engineering problems from first principles to working solutions.
• Collaborates across mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete mechanical/HVAC packages for data centers and industrial sites.
• Build a parametric thermal/HVAC engine for site designs from a single template.
• Automate system sizing, equipment selection, and design optimization.
• Connect mechanical designs with electrical and structural systems to ensure cross-discipline propagation.
• Use AI coding agents to build and ship workflows.
