Job summary

Aran Industries seeks a hands-on power systems engineer to push electrical design automation from 50% to full automation across data center and industrial projects. You will deliver complete electrical packages, own power-system studies, and build parametric engines that generate deliverables from templates.

You will automate calculations, support high- and low-voltage systems, and collaborate across disciplines using AI coding agents. Remote-friendly with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of power systems and architecture.
• Experience designing, building, testing, or commissioning real electrical systems.
• Ability to ship code with AI tools today regardless of formal software background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete electrical engineering packages: load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel and cable schedules, sizing, and construction sets.
• Own power-system studies: load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, using ETAP/SKM or similar tools.
• Engineer medium- and low-voltage distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS, and data center power architectures.
• Automate electrical calculations, equipment selection, configuration, drawing generation, and documentation.
• Build parametric design engines that generate deliverables from a project template.
• Integrate electrical with mechanical and structural changes so updates propagate across disciplines.
• Use AI coding agents to develop and ship these workflows.
