Job summary

Aran Industries seeks an architect-integrator to own architectural design and automation for data center and industrial projects. You will deliver live project packages and build a parametric engine that turns requirements into coordinated models and drawings.

You will connect architecture with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design, ensuring layouts update with changes. AI-enabled workflows will create reusable rules for future sites.

Qualifications

• Understand how buildings work: space planning, circulation, envelopes, constructability, and interfaces with engineering.
• Have moved designs beyond concept to detailed modeling, construction documentation, fabrication, or construction; show personal contributions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural packages for live projects: space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, envelope assemblies, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Build a parametric architectural design engine turning project requirements, layouts, site constraints, and system needs into coordinated models and drawings.
• Automate repetitive work: layouts, room and door schedules, drawing production, and checks for clearances, circulation, accessibility, and egress with review points for professional judgments.
• Connect architecture with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design so updates propagate automatically when premises change.
• Use AI coding agents to ship these workflows and create reusable rules, components, and tools for future sites.
