Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners in Palo Alto is seeking a software engineer to help build scalable trading systems and data infrastructure. This founding-level role spans across trading systems, data infrastructure, and research, taking ideas from initial exploration through production.

You will own projects end to end, collaborate with quantitative researchers on market prediction, and contribute to trading infrastructure, ML, and security as team needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of full-time software engineering or quantitative development experience.
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python or C++ with a track record of shipping a project to production.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from ideation to production launch.
• Build and extend data pipelines, trading signals, and research infrastructure.
• Develop automated execution systems and tools for rapid live experiments.
• Collaborate with quantitative/AI researchers on market prediction approaches.
• Contribute across trading infrastructure, ML, and security as needed.
