Health Data Innovations, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition lead who will serve as our Founding Recruiter, building out our TA strategy and leading the early team in SF.

You’ll partner with leadership to attract top talent and shape our culture as we scale from Series A to a fast-growing company. You’ll own hands-on recruiting for senior and technical roles in Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM, while also shaping employer branding, talent mapping, and candidate experience in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including senior/technical talent.
• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition strategy or leadership roles.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn, Dripify, Claude).
• Comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows and data-driven processes.
• Collaborative partner to leadership and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on recruiting (80%): design and execute a high-touch recruiting process from start to finish.
• Partner with leaders to define roles, write compelling job descriptions, and craft interview plans.
• Source and engage senior and specialized candidates in Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM.
• Champion candidate experience and manage offers with senior leadership input.
• Own TA strategy (20%): design talent brand, map markets, and nurture candidate relationships.
