Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Founding Strategy & Operations Generalist in San Francisco to build scalable recruiting and then broaden operations across finance, pricing, and administration. You will report to the CEO and turn ambiguous priorities into independent projects.

You will design hiring processes, manage recruiting pipelines, handle contracts and billing, develop financial models, and create AI agents and workflow automations to support a growing startup. Visa sponsorship is supported.

Qualifications

2–4 years of consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startup operating experience.
Strong analytical reasoning and financial modeling skills.
Practical experience building AI automations or agents.
Ability to work across multiple functions and priorities.
Strong ownership and comfort solving problems without a predefined playbook.

Responsibilities

Build hiring processes and manage recruiting pipelines.
Handle contracts, billing, accounting coordination, insurance, and operational administration.
Develop financial models and support pricing or revenue projects.
Build AI agents and workflow automations.
Turn ambiguous business priorities into independently delivered projects.
