Job summary

Reclectic is expanding with a new location in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and shape the brand experience.

As a founding member, you will drive operations, merchandising, and customer engagement while developing talent and upholding store standards. You will partner with leadership to deliver a compelling environment that reflects URBN values and delivers strong results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience: high volume experience ($7M+) required
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for Reclectic brand and concept
• Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

• Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand
• Leads and supports the team to elevate store experience through operations, merchandising, and presentation
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment to support customer experience
• Interprets customer feedback and team insights to improve operations
• Networks with local businesses to identify collaboration opportunities
• Oversees store processes and ensures accurate payroll and scheduling
