Responsibilities

• Transform complex healthcare workflows into seamless voice experiences.
• Architect and scale the core voice AI platform for high concurrency.
• Partner with product to translate SOPs into agent behaviors.
• Integrate with EHR/PMS systems and ensure secure data flows.
• Define engineering standards, CI/CD, and HIPAA‑compliant practices.
• Influence engineering culture, hiring, and technical direction.
