Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our founding team. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure quality, and supervise staff to deliver fine-dining experiences for a new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening late 2026.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining settings.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Healthcare food & beverage knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure high-quality presentation and proper portioning of plates.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and event catering as needed.
• Monitor safety procedures, payroll (ADP), and staff scheduling.
