Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center is opening in late 2026 and seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to join our founding team in Woodland Hills, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on table service and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Compensation is up to $25.50/hr, dependent on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, and a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in front-of-house operations in a hotel, restaurant or club.
• Strong clerical skills using Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Positive demeanor and energy in a demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the dining room appearance and wait stations.
• Schedules daily work assignments for dining room staff and maintains records.
• Coordinates staff for special functions and large parties.
• Ensures staff training and adherence to the education plan.
• Addresses complaints and works with management on solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
