Job summary

Reducto, an agentic document platform, is seeking a founding Solutions Engineering Manager to build and lead a team that partners with our GTM and engineering teams on complex enterprise deployments.

You will hire, coach, and develop SEs, own playbooks and processes, and drive technical strategy that scales as Reducto grows. You’ll work hands-on with strategic customers while setting up the org for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions engineering or related customer-facing roles with enterprise customers.
• 2+ years leading a team of solutions/sales engineers, incl. hiring and performance.
• Deep technical credibility with Python, APIs, infrastructure and cloud/Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product and Engineering leadership.
• Experience building forecasting, capacity planning, POC frameworks and enablement.
• Ability to tie SE activity to revenue and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Solutions Engineering team with hiring and coaching.
• Partner with Sales through discovery, demos, POCs and architecture reviews.
• Stay hands-on for strategic enterprise engagements and complex discussions.
• Define SE playbook: demos, POC methodology, discovery, and account coverage.
• Bridge customers with Product/Engineering; feed feedback to roadmap.
• Shape GTM strategy with founders and scale SE in the company.
