Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of solutions/sales engineers.
• Ability to engage with customers and technical teams deeply.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Solutions Engineering team.
• Partner with Sales leadership on deal cycles.
• Define the SE playbook and operating processes.
• Work directly with founders to shape GTM strategy.
