Job summary

Bernard is seeking the first Founding Solutions Engineer to join our NYC office. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and the customer, owning technical sales support through implementation and ongoing customer success.

You’ll work with appliance repair company owners and dispatchers, architect integrations, build proofs, and drive adoption post-launch. Report directly to the CEO with no middle layers.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical demos from concept to deployment.
• Ability to read code, understand APIs, and discuss architecture.
• Proven track record in enterprise onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Technical sales support: build demos and validate with prospects.
• End-to-end implementation and onboarding for new customers.
• Proactive customer success and account health monitoring.
• Identify expansion opportunities and prove ROI with data.
